Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Production Manager located in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing and managing garment production processes, ensuring quality control, and meeting production deadlines. Responsibilities also include planning workflow, coordinating with team members, monitoring resource allocation, and implementing cost-effective strategies. The Garment Production Manager will work closely with suppliers, manage product specifications, and address any production challenges to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning, Workflow Management, and Resource Allocation
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Cost-Effective Production Techniques
- Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with suppliers
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to address and resolve production challenges
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Educational background in Textile Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in garment manufacturing is a strong advantage
