- Oversee the manufacturing of machined components on CNC and VMC machines
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet targets
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and machinery in the tool room
- Monitor production quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and procurement teams for smooth operations
- Manage and lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators
- Prepare production reports, analyze productivity, and take corrective actions
- Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Educational Qualification:
