About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our end-to-end product lifecycle from sourcing to final delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and manage timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and order fulfillment processes

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement planning

• Ensure product quality and consistency across batches

• Handle logistics, dispatch, and delivery timelines

• Work closely with the marketing team for product launches

• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks

• Maintain production reports and documentation

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in production/operations (fashion, beauty, or D2C preferred)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Good communication and vendor management skills

• Familiarity with inventory tools or Excel

Bonus:

• Experience in a startup or D2C brand

• Understanding of hair/beauty products
