Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to support our Alibaba-related sales process. The ideal candidate should have prior telesales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
- Introduce and explain Alibaba-related services/products
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the internal sales team when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales / telemarketing
- Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Experience with B2B calling is a plus
