Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning
- Develop detailed production plans for events, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand event objectives and translate them into actionable plans
- Ensure all technical and operational requirements are identified in advance
2. Logistics Handling
- Oversee all logistical aspects including venue setup, equipment, transportation, and on-ground coordination
- Ensure smooth movement of materials, crew, and resources before, during, and after events
- Handle contingency planning for unexpected logistical challenges
3. Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors (production, staging, audio-visual, fabrication, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met
4. Execution Control
- Lead on-ground execution of events, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Troubleshoot real-time issues and implement quick solutions
5. Time Management
- Create and manage event schedules, ensuring all milestones are met
- Prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments
- Ensure timely completion of pre-event, live-event, and post-event activities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Media, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in event production or management
- Experience handling large-scale institutional or corporate events is preferred
