Job Description

  • Manage shop floor operations ensuring smooth production flow.
  • Manpower planning and maintaining an optimal ratio of trained vs. untrained employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes, focusing on reducing First Test Failure (FTF) rates.
  • Collect and analyze rejection data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare Skill Matrix and conduct training for operators.
  • Maintain inventory control on the shop floor.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Monitor KPIs, achieve production targets, and enhance team performance through guidance and feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and motivate team members.
  • Coordinate with support functions for production planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of products.
  • Utilize visual management tools for effective communication and continuous improvement.
