Production Engineer
Job Description
- Manage shop floor operations ensuring smooth production flow.
- Manpower planning and maintaining an optimal ratio of trained vs. untrained employees.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes, focusing on reducing First Test Failure (FTF) rates.
- Collect and analyze rejection data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare Skill Matrix and conduct training for operators.
- Maintain inventory control on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor KPIs, achieve production targets, and enhance team performance through guidance and feedback.
- Foster a high-performance culture and motivate team members.
- Coordinate with support functions for production planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of products.
- Utilize visual management tools for effective communication and continuous improvement.
