Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day production activities of Smart Energy Meters.
• Monitor machine parameters and production output to maintain quality standards.
• Support shift-in-charge or senior engineers in machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Coordinate with Quality Control teams to address and resolve non-conformities or defects.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and raw material consumption logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Provide technical input to improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage.

Required Skills / Competencies:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
• Understanding of quality control standards and procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records.
• Awareness of safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles (5S).
