We are seeking a strategic, hands-on
Production Director who will own the complete manufacturing function. You will be the driving force behind achieving aggressive targets on output, quality, cost, safety, and on-time delivery. Reporting directly to the Plant Head, you will lead a large multi-functional team and champion
continuous improvement ,
automation , and
digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall production strategy, capacity planning, and execution to meet annual business goals.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean , TPM, Six Sigma , and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce downtime, improve yield, and control manufacturing costs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.), safety regulations, and environmental norms.
- Build and mentor high-performing production, maintenance, and industrial engineering teams.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, RD, and Sales teams for seamless new product introductions and demand fulfillment.
- Lead digital transformation projects (ERP, MES, IoT, predictive maintenance).
