Job Description

  • Provide entry-level IT support, focused on learning and reactive support for third-party applications used in production and manufacturing.
  • Handle basic IT support tickets and troubleshoot issues in custom or manufacturing-specific applications.
  • Assist in larger projects, participating in system rollouts, upgrades, and testing activities.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
  • Monitor application performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system configurations, contributing to the knowledge base.
  • Provide basic training and system walkthroughs to end-users on new features and updates of applications or manufacturing systems.
  • Configure, maintain, and support manufacturing-specific applications, including database queries and integrations.
  • Understand and work with programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, .NET, and Java.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.
  • Support MES, ERP platforms, and other third-party database-driven applications.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM 5:00 AM IST or 2:30 PM 12:00 AM IST
