We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in FANUC programming and machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing efficient CNC programs, improving production processes, and ensuring high-quality output in manufacturing.
- Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using FANUC (G-code)
- Operate and manage CNC and conventional machines (Lathe, Milling, Grinding, Planer, Shaper, Slotter)
- Improve machining cycle time and productivity
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining methods
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards
- Handle tooling, inserts, fixtures, and gauges effectively
- Train and supervise CNC operators
- Maintain records using ERP systems
- Manage procurement of raw materials and tools
- Perform assembly fitting and basic arc welding (if required)
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of FANUC programming (G-code)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Hands-on experience with CNC & conventional machines
- Knowledge of machining processes and tooling
- Experience in quality inspection and measurement tools
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Mechanical or related field
- Preferred Experience
- Experience in precision engineering or manufacturing industry
- Experience in CNC programming and production optimization
- Experience in team handling or operator training
