Background & Relevant Experience
- Experience in sales development and product demos, specifically for an AI assistant serving medical offices and med spas.
- Familiar with selling solutions where AI handles inbound calls, appointment booking, and business learning workflows.
- This experience aligns well with the goals of the Bixby product.
Sales & Demo Capabilities
- Hands-on experience across the full sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Product demos
- Closing deals
- Comfortable explaining and demonstrating AI-driven products to prospective clients.
Account Management
- Limited direct ownership of accounts post-sale.
- Some exposure to account management, though most accounts were transitioned to a dedicated team.
- Expressed comfort and willingness to handle account management responsibilities if required.
Technical & Tools Experience
- Strong familiarity with CRM and sales tools, including:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Zoho
- Monday.com
- Experience with cold calling and outbound email campaigns.
