About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Product Sales Manager with proven experience in IT product sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent client-handling abilities, and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

This role demands a professional who can manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while maintaining long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive sales and revenue growth for the company's IT products and solutions.

● Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through research, networking, and market mapping.

● Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions.

● Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

● Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

● Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.

● Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

● Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

● Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

● 7-8 years of proven experience in IT product sales or software solution sales.

● Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to understand technical aspects of products and explain them to clients effectively.

● Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

● Strong problem-solving attitude and client-centric approach.

● Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
