Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels including online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, etc.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and client communication strategies.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Handle client interactions, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for project delivery.
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns and follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development within an IT services organization.
  • Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, digital marketing, gaming, and branding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in proposal writing and email marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership abilities and experience in handling a sales team (added advantage).
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
