Job Description
Looking for a strategic sharp and outcome driven Product Owner with strong experience in leading complex digital products and cross functional teams The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of translating business vision into actionable product roadmaps prioritizing value delivery and collaborating closely with stakeholders and agile teams to deliver impactful solutions
Own and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories acceptance criteria and epics
Collaborate with stakeholders business technology UX and operations to define clear product goals and KPIs
Prioritize backlog effectively balancing strategic initiatives technical debt and customer value
Work closely with Scrum Masters Developers and Architects to ensure clarity and delivery of product increments
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance existing offerings
Define and measure success metrics OKRs adoption rates NPS revenue impact etc
Act as the voice of the customer ensuring the end user perspective is represented throughout the product lifecycle
Champion Agile and Lean principles driving continuous improvement in processes and product outcomes
Facilitate PI planning and release planning activities with product and engineering teams
12 plus years of overall professional experience with 5 6 years in a Product Owner
Strong experience working in Agile Scrum environments with distributed teams
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals
Hands on experience in backlog grooming sprint planning and user story creation
Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Architect and design enterprise level cloud native applications using Java Spring Boot and microservices
Define and implement application architecture blueprints integration patterns and best practices
Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives using containerization Docker Kubernetes and CI CD pipelines
Collaborate with product owners business analysts and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide technical guidance to development teams
Strong exposure to technology platforms APIs and integrations preferably in industry domain e g Telecom FinTech SaaS etc
Ability to work with UX UI teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Experience in JIRA Confluence and product analytics tools Mixpanel Power BI etc
