We are looking for a highly experienced Avionics- Product Owner - End to End, to lead and contribute to the design and development for our Avionics Domain.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:
Experience:
- BE/BTech in Aerospace / ECE / EEE / Computer / Avionics (or equivalent).
- 10-15 years of experience in avionics or safetycritical product development, with technical leadership or ownership responsibilities.
- Good understanding of ARP4754A / ARP4761, DO178C, DO254, DO160.
- Handson experience with requirements management tools (DOORS / Polarion / Jama).
- Strong understanding of avionics architectures and data buses (ARINC 429, ARINC 664/AFDX, MILSTD1553, CAN).
- Working knowledge of embedded systems (C/RTOS) sufficient to guide teams and review interfaces.
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe / hybrid development models in regulated environments.
- Strong technical communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
KEY Responsibilities: In this role, includes: -
- Own the endtoend product lifecycle including concept definition, development, certification, release, and sustainment.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business, customer, and regulatory objectives.
- Drive crossfunctional execution with Systems, SW (DO178C), HW/FPGA (DO254), V&V, Safety, Certification, and QA teams.
- Track and report delivery metrics (schedule, quality, risks, velocity, defect trends, certification status) to leadership.
- Act as the technical decision authority for scope, tradeoffs, and prioritization across the product.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers; review designs, requirements, and solutions for technical soundness.
- Manage change control (ECR/ECO), assess technical and certification impacts, and maintain configuration discipline.
- Support production, field issues, and sustainment, driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.
