Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of product ownership or product management experience in enterprise software.
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of enterprise workflows, including procurement, finance, or supply chain processes.
- Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa) as a user, analyst, or integration product owner.
- Demonstrated ability to define AI/ML feature requirements and evaluate AI model outputs against business objectives.
- Strong backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments, collaborating closely with engineering and UX teams.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Ability to write clear, structured user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Exposure to RBAC, data governance, security compliance, or regulated enterprise environments is advantageous.
What we are keen on:
- Procurement or finance domain experience non-negotiable
- Delivered an ERP implementation or integration end-to-end
- Owned a backlog in an active scrum team
- Produced formal requirements artifacts user stories, specs, acceptance criteria
