Norstellaisseekinga skilled and dynamicTechnicalProduct Owner with a background in Market Access to join our team. As aTechnicalProduct Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our innovativeinternal platforms andsolutions.You will collaborate closely with cross-functionalteams,stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery ofthesesolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
• Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensuretimelydelivery of high-quality products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry regulations, and market access challenges to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum5years of experience as aTechnicalProduct Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to apply agile principles in a fast-paced development environment.
• Hands-on experience usingstandard databasemanagementsystems(Relational/NoSQL)forself-discovery of dataand problem solving.
• Experienceintegratingdata betweensystems; includingknowledge ofdata mapping,transformationrules and managing data quality
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage product development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such asComputer Science, Information Systems, ora relateddiscipline.
  
  

Preferred:

• Background in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Previoussoftware development experience
• Experience designing or working with APIs, including defining requirements, managing integrations, and collaborating with engineering teams to enable seamless data exchange.
• Background supporting or enhancing client-facing configuration capabilities, such as user permissions, workflow setup, custom settings, or configurable product modules.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies.
