About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Product Owner to support the growth and execution of our Rich Communication Services (RCS) offering within our CPaaS product portfolio
.
You will work closely with the Product Manager, engineering, design, and delivery teams to translate business and market needs into actionable product requirements. Your role is central to ensuring that our RCS roadmap is implemented efficiently, with high quality, and in alignment with the global product strateg
y.

Product Execution & Deli

Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint back
logs.
Work with engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and timely delivery of product incre
ments.
Manage the RCS product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, refined, and aligned with business ou
tcomes.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous alignment between technical teams and produc
t goals.
Validate deliverables against business and technical acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality
releases.
Stakeholder Col
laboration
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between engineering, QA, and cross-functional busi
ness teams.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to communicate progress, risks, and d
ependencies.
Support pre-sales and operations teams with product knowledge and technical clarifications
when needed.
Ensure customer, carrier, and partner feedback is incorporated into produ
ct iterations.
Market & Technica
l Understanding
Develop a solid understanding of RCS standards, GSMA specifications, and carrier-lev
el integrations.
Stay informed about RCS trends, API developments, and platform capabilities to support informed p
roduct decisions.
Contribute to use case validation and functional design to ensure p
roduct-market fit.
Data & Con
tinuous Improvement
Monitor product performance metrics post-launch (e.g., delivery success rates, en
gagement, adoption).
Identify opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, or t
echnical reliability.
Support documentation, release notes, and internal enablement material fo
r RCS product
updates.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Lead, ideally within CPaaS, telecom,
or messaging platforms.
Strong familiarity with RCS, SMS,
or other messaging APIs.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on back
log and sprint management.
Excellent ability to translate complex requirements into cl
ear, testable user stories.
Solid communication and collaboration skills across t
echnical and business teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on product quality, d
elivery, and customer impact.
Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; Agile certifi
cation (CSPO, PSPO)
preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Experience collaborating with mobile operators,
OEMs, or messaging aggregators.
Knowledge of GSMA RCS Universa
l Profile and API specifications.
Familiarity with API-first development, postma
n collections, and JSON workflows.
