Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, India. The Product Merchandiser will oversee product management, collaborate with teams to meet client requirements, and ensure product quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, maintaining communication between customers and the production team, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting sales efforts through e-commerce and other channels.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market research, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate between teams and communicate with clients effectively.
- Product management skills with attention to detail to handle end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Experience in sales and e-commerce operations to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and platforms in merchandising and product management.
- Prior experience in the apparel or textile industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
