What you will do (Duties & Responsibilities)

  • Guiding the market-entry strategy for product launches involves actively contributing to the development and execution of go-to-market plans and campaigns for introducing new products or features. This includes evaluating their effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, involvement in the creation of customer acquisition programs is crucial, covering various aspects such as business strategies, messaging, collateral, and events, all aimed at enhancing engagement and gauging program success.
  • Responsibilities also extend to creating and implementing plans to showcase the capabilities of the Signzy products to both internal and external audiences. This entails establishing regular communication with clients and integrating their feedback into messaging and overall strategies.
  • Specifically for feature launches, the role involves coordinating the entire lifecycle, from ideation and positioning to the announcement and promotion phases. Sales enablement is another facet, requiring the effective communication of new feature values to the sales team through the development of sales enablement tools like competitive battlecards, product feature slides, customer testimonials, case studies, and more.
  • Developing domain expertise is essential, encompassing a thorough understanding of the market, including buyer personas, customer segments, and competitors. This knowledge is then documented internally to disseminate acquired insights across different departments.
  • with product, marketing, and sales teams is a key aspect, involving close cooperation to determine the strategic aspects of what, where, how, and to whom key features are marketed. The alignment of strategies with business objectives and consideration of user needs are integral components of this cross-functional collaboration.

About You (Education, Skills & Required Experience)

  • With a 3+ year of experience in a Product Marketing role, a preference is given to those with B2B SaaS experience.
  • While individuals in the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) role come from diverse backgrounds, they all share a common trait: passion. They exhibit enthusiasm for both technology and marketing.
  • PMMs are inherently self-motivated and proactive individuals, showcasing leadership qualities through practical experience, effective collaboration within teams, and success in environments that prioritize cooperation.
  • They approach problem-solving proactively, navigating challenges adeptly, excelling inhandling complexity, and demonstrating the ability to manage ambiguity while adapting well to change.
  • Key qualifications include a proven track record of successfully executing product launches, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective project management abilities.
  • Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to create compelling external competitor assets, and ideally possess previous experience in a startup, multi-product, and multinational corporate setting.
  • An enthusiasm for understanding the market and translating that knowledge into actionable go-to-market strategies is essential. The ability to comprehend and effectively communicate the underlying technology of the products being marketed is also crucial.
  • PMMs should be capable of generating innovative ideas and collaborating with designers and video editors. A strong writing background is required, with a focus on being the primary author of use cases, solutions, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with a positive, proactive attitude, exceptional interpersonal and management skills. They should be self-motivated, collaborative, and possess strategic thinking with adaptability.
