About the Role:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining how the product is positioned in the market. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring that product value is clearly articulated and effectively delivered to target audiences. The focus is on driving product adoption, supporting revenue growth, and strengthening market differentiation.

What You Will Do

  • Define and own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging aligned to each key persona
  • Lead go to market strategy for new launches and major feature releases, including planning, execution, and measurement
  • Translate product functionality into customer focused narratives, use cases, and outcomes
  • Partner closely with product management to align roadmap priorities with market needs and customer feedback
  • Enable sales teams with high impact assets such as pitch decks, demos, battlecards, and objection handling guides
  • Support demand generation and lifecycle marketing campaigns with clear messaging and positioning inputs
  • Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategy and content
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the product externally

Work Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency; capable of providing an in-depth and compelling product demo that communicates POV and value proposition
  • Strong background working cross functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Experience supporting sales cycles through enablement, competitive positioning, and deal support
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex product concepts in a simple, compelling way
