About the role
We are hiring aProduct Marketing Manager (PMM)to own positioning, messaging, and gotomarket for key products and features targeting US customers. You'll drive adoption, retention, and referrals by deeply understanding our users and building journeys that move them from signup to active, loyal advocates.
What you'll own
- Develop and continuously refine user and buyer personas based on data, research, and customer conversations (USfocused).
- Own messaging and positioning for core journeys:Signup First Transaction Repeat Usage Referral.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products/features with clear goals, channels, and timelines.
- Create and coordinate lifecycle campaigns (email, inapp, web, WhatsApp, SMS) to drive activation, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
- Partner with Product and UX on onboarding flows, empty states, and inproduct communication to reduce friction.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing to ensure landing pages, ads, and inproduct experiences are consistent and optimized for US audiences.
- Analyze funnels and cohorts to identify drop-offs, high-value segments, and opportunities for growth; translate insights into experiments and content.
- Where applicable, enable Sales/CS with USmarket messaging, narratives, FAQs, and decks.
Musthave experience
- Product marketing experience at a productled companyOR at adigital marketing agency running endtoend digital marketing for productbased companies.
- Handson experience working with USbased digital products and US customer segments(B2C or B2B2C).
- Fintech or financial services product experience strongly preferred(remittances, payments, banking, investing, etc.).
- Exposure to performance marketing and/or ownership ofmulticrore digital budgets in close partnership with growth teams(e.g., influencing/use of 2 Cr+ monthly spend).
- Experience collaborating with and sometimescoordinating a crossfunctional squadof 510 people (PM, design, PMM, performance, content).
- 58 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle/CRM for digital products, including USfacing launches.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, confident writing for US audiences.
- Proven ownership of 2 Cr+ monthly digital marketing spendacross multiple paid channels, with clear performance outcomes.
- Handson experience targeting US customers(time zones, creatives, compliance, cultural context).
- Managed and developed a team of at least 810 junior marketers/analysts.
- 58 years in performance marketing/growth forUSfocused digital products; fintech experience strongly preferred.
- Direct experience with at least two major platforms (Google + Meta minimum), including scaling and optimization.
- Strong grasp of attribution, cohorts, funnels, and core metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention).
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and working closely with data/BI teams; basic SQL is a plus
