ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who owns positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Mage Data's data security and privacy platforms. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, marketing, sales enablement, and analyst relations, you will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own the narrative. Develop clear, differentiated messaging tailored to enterprise buyers, particularly in highly regulated industries like banking and healthcare.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Lead GTM planning for new features and major platform releases. Build comprehensive launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional rollout plans.
- Sales Enablement & Competitive Intel: Arm the sales team to win. Create high-impact assets including pitch decks, solution briefs, datasheets, and FAQs. Develop deep competitive intelligence and maintain up-to-date battlecards against key industry players.
- Narrative Translation: Transform roadmaps, AI capabilities, and technical differentiators into compelling, customer-facing use cases and stories.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified story across the website, analyst materials, field communications, and pipeline-driven marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Operations Coordination: Manage the logistical inputs for product launches, campaign calendars, and analyst engagement schedules.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze GTM performance metrics (launch adoption, sales feedback, campaign impact) and continuously refine messaging strategy.
MUST HAVES
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM roles.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in enterprise B2B software, specifically within cybersecurity, data security platforms, DSPM, or compliance domains.
- Exceptional Storytelling: The ability to simplify complex, deep-tech concepts (like AI-driven masking or automated data discovery) into clear, compelling business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of supporting product launches and aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing teams around a unified GTM strategy.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable leveraging data, market trends, and field feedback to refine messaging
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce/HubSpot/ similar sales and marketing ecosystems
- Execution-Driven: A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong bias for action
