Job Description

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Alignment

  • Identify and engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Develop stakeholder management strategies to resolve competing priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and drive consensus.
  • Secure stakeholder buy-in for program roadmaps and ensure transparency.

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving

  • Use data analysis to define program success metrics and evaluate program health.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous challenges.
  • Lead root cause analysis and extract insights from diverse data sources.

Program Planning & Development

  • Define and manage program plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
  • Resolve cross-team and cross-domain constraints.
  • Identify synergies and reduce duplication across workstreams.
  • Introduce improved planning tools, workflows, and ways of working.

Program Delivery & Risk Management

  • Drive program execution by managing risk, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Monitor performance using project tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Mitigate risks, escalate blockers, and manage change effectively.
  • Align resources and priorities for efficient value delivery.

Technical Fluency

  • Translate business requirements into high-level technical design conversations.
  • Understand software architecture, cloud infrastructure, system lifecycle management, APIs, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to broker end-to-end solutions.
  • Apply emerging technologies, security standards, and SRE principles in program decisions.

Domain Expertise & Cross-Functional Integration

  • Demonstrate awareness of industry trends and domain terminology.
  • Include field operations, marketing, and customer impact in program plans.
  • Assess implications of new processes and automation techniques.
  • Influence product and business roadmaps using domain insights.

Influential Communication

  • Craft and deliver clear narratives backed by data.
  • Tailor communication for stakeholders at different levels.
  • Facilitate decision-making by framing risks and trade-offs.
  • Lead complex discussions with transparency and neutrality.
