Product & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly intelligent and ambitious early-career professional to help run our product and marketing areas.

This is a rare opportunity for individuals in the early stages of their career, typically with up to 3 years of experience after university, to take on a leadership role at a high-growth technology company. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated top-tier academic performance, generally placing in the top 10% of their graduating cohort or equivalent.

In this role, you'll serve as the CEO of major initiatives in product and marketing. The responsibilities of this role are diverse and will shift depending on the company's priorities.

We are looking for individuals with a strong intellect and a passion for technology, who execute at the highest level. The range of initiatives for this role is dynamic and will provide exposure to multiple areas of the company.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for new and existing products.
• Hit revenue targets for new and existing products.
• Manage the development, testing, and implementation of product enhancements.
• Ensure that our products are bug-free and commercial-strength according to our customers (and by our own standards).
• Meet regularly with customers and enhance our products based on their feedback.

Individuals in this role will be working at least 60+ hours per week.

• Bachelor's degree with a CGPA of 8.5 or higher; freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
