Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go to market strategy for our autonomous drone software platform. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive customer adoption, strengthen market presence, and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning and Messaging

Define and refine product value propositions across customer segments

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear and compelling customer benefits

Go to Market Execution

Develop and execute go to market strategies for new products and feature releases

Lead product launches with structured planning and cross functional coordination

Market and Competitive Research

Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to shape positioning and strategy

Leverage insights to influence product roadmap and messaging

Content and Sales Enablement

Create high impact marketing assets including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, website content, and sales collateral

Equip the Sales team with playbooks, demos, battle cards, and training material

Customer Advocacy

Drive customer storytelling through testimonials, case studies, and reference programs

Ensure customer insights inform messaging and positioning

Performance Tracking

Define and track key product marketing metrics

Continuously optimise messaging and campaigns based on data insights

What We're Looking For

2 or more years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing

Strong understanding of positioning, buyer personas, and go to market strategy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Analytical and data driven mindset

Comfort working in a fast paced startup or scale up environment

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, robotics, drones, or enterprise technology

Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles

Exposure to global markets
