About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, creative, and data-oriented Junior Product Marketing Manager Videos with 34 years of experience to lead the growth, engagement, and monetization of our video and livestreaming products. This role sits at the intersection of product, content, growth, brand, and analytics, and will own end-to-end product marketing, from positioning and lifecycle communication to paid campaigns, PR, and off-channel growth.

You will work closely with Product, Content, AdOps, Analytics, Brand, and external agencies to define marketing strategy, execute high-impact campaigns, and continuously optimize performance across owned, operated, and paid channels.

This is a high-ownership role that requires strong execution, sharp creative instincts, comfort with data, and the ability to move fast in real-time, high-intent environments such as live sports and breaking moments.

Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

1. Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning

Define and own the product marketing strategy for video and live-streaming products.

Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for key offerings, features, and content propositions.

Partner with Product and Content teams to align go-to-market plans with the product roadmap and content calendar.

Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities, gaps, and growth levers.

2. Lifecycle, Moment Marketing & On-Platform Growth

Own lifecycle communication across push notifications, in-app messages, and email using tools like CleverTap.

Drive moment marketing during live matches and key events by crafting sharp, creative, and context-aware communication based on real-time match situations and user intent.

Be fast, decisive, and quality-focused in executing time-sensitive campaigns that maximize relevance, CTR, watch time, and engagement.

Build and manage user cohorts, journeys, and personalization strategies to improve retention, frequency, and conversions.

3. Creative, Messaging & Conversion Assets

Own the strategy and execution of high-impact, high-CTR creatives across app, web, and website surfaces.

Conceptualize and deliver banners, in-product placements, and campaign creatives in partnership with Design, Content, and AdOps teams.

Ensure messaging consistency across product surfaces, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.

Balance creativity with performance, continuously iterating on creatives to improve engagement and business outcomes.

4. Marketing, PR, Agencies & Off-Channel Growth

Own the marketing and PR requirements for the video and live-streaming business in line with company priorities.

Work closely with external agencies to plan, execute, and scale:

Paid media campaigns (performance and brand)

Paid collaborations and brand partnerships

Off-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and relevant platforms

Translate business and product goals into clear, actionable briefs for agencies and internal stakeholders.

Partner with Brand, Content, and AdOps teams to ensure integrated execution across owned, operated, and paid channels.

Track and evaluate the impact of paid and off-channel initiatives on growth, engagement, subscriptions, and revenue.

5. Campaign Management, Analytics & Reporting

Plan and execute product marketing and growth campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization.

Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using CleverTap and analytics tools, tracking:

Live-streaming performance

Watch time and engagement

Funnel performance and conversions

User behavior and cohort trends

Define and monitor key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, retention, watch time, CAC, and LTV.

Present performance insights, learnings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, targeting, creative strategy, and channel mix.

6. Business Impact, Revenue & Stakeholder Management

Support subscription growth and monetization by effectively promoting key propositions, offers, and content moments.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, AdOps, Brand, and Analytics teams to drive shared business outcomes.

Act as the voice of the user in marketing decisions, ensuring communication is relevant, timely, and value-driven.

Ensure high operational excellence, strong execution rigor, and consistent delivery across initiatives.
