Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between product, growth, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who not only understands marketing but is also highly comfortable working with data to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute product marketing strategies across the user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement)
- Plan and run targeted communication campaigns using platforms like CleverTap and MoEngage
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to continuously optimize messaging, segmentation, and conversion rates
- Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to launch new features and drive adoption
- Build and manage customer segmentation frameworks based on behavioral and transactional data
- Define and track key metrics (CTR, conversion, retention, LTV, etc.) to measure campaign success
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness
- Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on experience with customer engagement tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions
- Experience working with campaign analytics, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or analytics tools is a strong plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
