Job description

• Gather competition data by conducting extensive market research.
• Conduct extensive Partner and Channel technical trainings on products as well as solution selling along with USPs.
• Drive product improvement based on market feedback and self-assessment of products.
• Co-ordinate with R&D and drive vendor and product validation for High Frequency portfolio.
• Resolving customer complaints by guidance on troubleshooting and driving component level expertise in close co-ordination with service team.
• Assist partners with critical solar installations along with guidance on BOS.
• Suggest relevant solutions to partners based on market requirements.
• Assist service team in building a robust global service infrastructure.
• Co-ordination with vendors and drive implementation of improvements/changes derived out of complaints and market feedback.
• Work closely with traded category team for future product roadmap and product assessment and approval.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Qualifications
• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics/Electricals
• Minimum Experience
• Minimum 5 Years
• Relevant/Additional Experience
• Should have experience of High Frequency Inverters
