Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and growth for our platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, and will play a critical role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted across global markets.
You will own the narrative of the product—translating capabilities into compelling value propositions and driving alignment across teams to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead product positioning, messaging, and differentiation aligned to target segments and buyer personas
- Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions
- Build and refine core product marketing assets including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, website content, and sales collateral
- Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and narratives that resonate with global audiences
- Drive product storytelling across channels—website, campaigns, analyst briefings, and customer communications
- Partner closely with Product teams to ensure market and customer insights are embedded into product development and roadmap decisions
- Lead sales enablement initiatives including battle cards, objection handling, competitive positioning, and deal support
- Own competitive intelligence—tracking market trends, competitor moves, and evolving customer needs
- Drive analyst relations and market positioning to strengthen brand credibility in the SaaS ecosystem
- Collaborate with Growth/Marketing teams to ensure strong product-led growth (PLG) alignment and effective demand generation
- Define and track product marketing metrics such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve product adoption, expansion, and customer lifecycle engagement
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience across Product Marketing, GTM, or Product Strategy roles
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS / product-led environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling global GTM strategies and product positioning
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and senior leadership
- Strong storytelling, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience in platform products, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS is required
