We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager with a strong background in the jewellery industry to lead our team at 22yr Old Jewellery in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage and train showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service best practices.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight jewellery collections and attract customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in jewellery retail management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
