Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Product Marketing Manager with a passion for mobile apps and B2C products. This role will play a key part in product ideation, go-to-market strategy, and growth, driving the success of our digital products from launch to scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Product Ideation & Market Research

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate new mobile app products
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities
  • Perform competitor analysis to define positioning and differentiation

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches
  • Align marketing initiatives with product features and user value propositions
  • Drive successful product launches and adoption

User Lifecycle & Growth

  • Own strategies across the user lifecycle – acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Use data-driven insights to improve user experience and performance
  • Drive growth initiatives to scale user base and engagement

Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize campaigns and KPIs
  • Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve discoverability
  • Continuously track and improve campaign performance and conversions

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Growth teams
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors for execution
  • Ensure alignment across teams for successful product delivery and marketing impact

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing for digital/B2C products
  • Hands-on experience in pre-launch and post-launch marketing (GTM, positioning, user research)
  • Experience in launching or scaling mobile apps (preferably iOS)
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle, growth metrics, and app marketing
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience in B2C tech product companies (Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech, etc.)
  • Candidates from pure e-commerce or service-led platforms will not be considered

Important Notes

  • Maximum 5 years of total experience
  • Minimum 2 years stability per role preferred
