Wobot is building the next generation of Video Intelligence. We help enterprises transform camera feeds, POS systems, IoT devices, and operational data into actionable insights using Computer Vision, AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Vision Language Models (VLMs).
Our platform is used across restaurants, retail, logistics, manufacturing, and other industries to improve operations, safety, compliance, and customer experience. We are building products such as Insight AI, Scout AI, SmartSearch, DriveThru Analytics, and AI-powered operational intelligence tools that bring together video, business data, and AI.
What You'll Do
- Own product features and modules from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Work closely with customers, partners, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to identify problems worth solving.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to build intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Drive product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and experimentation.
- Analyze product usage, adoption, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and monitor product KPIs and use data to make informed product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering teams to understand technical constraints and make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, release planning, and go-to-market activities.
- Work on AI-powered products involving Computer Vision, LLMs, AI Agents, Search, Analytics, and Automation workflows.
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on customer value and business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, B2B software, analytics, AI, or technology products.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Comfort working directly with Engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
- Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on attitude with a willingness to dive into customer calls, product testing, data analysis, process design, and UI reviews when required.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in B2B SaaS startups.
- Technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, system integrations, and software architecture concepts.
- Experience with analytics and product tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, LLMs, Agentic AI, or Data products.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
