As we continue to scale our consumer and restaurant-facing products, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems, using data to drive decisions, and building exceptional digital experiences.

Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to improve customer experiences across the EazyDiner app, website, membership products, restaurant partner platforms, and internal tools.

You will be involved in the complete product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and defining requirements to launching features and measuring their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Execution

  • Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements.
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct customer research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor products and industry trends in food-tech, travel-tech, loyalty, and consumer internet sectors.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Business teams to understand customer and restaurant partner needs.

Data & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key product metrics such as conversion, retention, booking completion, membership adoption, and engagement.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, CRM, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Communicate product updates, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support successful feature launches and post-launch performance reviews.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Strategy, Operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution capability.
  • Understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
