Role Summary
Fastcurve is hiring Product Managers who operate at the intersection of Customer, Product, and Delivery Outcomes.
This is not a traditional roadmap or coordination role.
You will work directly with customers to understand business problems, modify workflows and systems in real time, and drive outcomes using AI-assisted tools. You are not expected to write production code—but you are expected to use modern AI tools confidently to generate prototypes, workflows, specifications, and solution changes alongside customers.
You will own the loop:
Customer → Product → Generate → Validate → Deploy → Learn
What You Will Do
Customer Collaboration & Outcome Delivery
- Sit directly with customers to understand goals, workflows, constraints, and operating realities
- Modify systems, processes, and solution behavior in real time to unblock customer adoption
- Translate customer discussions into actionable requirements and delivery plans
- Communicate ROI, stakeholder incentives, tradeoffs, and rollout risks clearly
Product Thinking & Solution Design
- Convert ambiguity into structured problem statements and solution paths
- Define requirements, workflows, and operating models
- Balance business outcomes, execution speed, and implementation feasibility
- Create AI-assisted prototypes, specifications, and solution drafts during customer engagements
AI-Assisted Execution
- Use AI tools to generate and iterate workflows, configurations, specifications, and system changes live with customers
- Validate AI-generated outputs before deployment
- Work closely with engineering teams to convert outputs into production-grade implementations
- Understand technical constraints across APIs, data, architecture, reliability, and governance (without being the implementation owner)
Deep Research & Domain Immersion
- Rapidly deep dive into unfamiliar industries and problem spaces
- Apply first-principles thinking and structured problem solving
- Synthesize customer, operational, and technical context into decisions
- Convert learning into measurable customer outcomes

Preferred Background
- 3–10+ years in Product Management
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Strong structured thinking and communication
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and product development tools
- Ability to understand technical constraints without being a hands-on engineer
