Job Description:
We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager who can drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery in close collaboration with the Development Team and Project Manager.
This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into executable technical tasks, ensure Agile discipline, and maintain high standards of engineering quality, while also driving team performance through KPIs and training.
- Sprint Planning & Delivery: Own the complete sprint lifecyclefrom planning to executionensuring tasks are well-defined, feasible, and delivered on time with minimal spillover.
- Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into clear user stories and actionable engineering tasks, maintaining strong alignment between product goals and technical execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key link between Product, Engineering, and Project teams to resolve dependencies, clarify requirements, and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Agile Process Ownership: Drive Agile/Scrum practices by leading sprint ceremonies and continuously improving team efficiency, discipline, and delivery predictability.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs such as sprint velocity, defect leakage, and cycle time to improve productivity and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing best practices, and release validation to minimize production defects and maintain high quality.
- Technical Validation: Use technical expertise to review architecture, identify risks early, and ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing systems.
- Team Development: Identify skill gaps and enable training and onboarding programs to build stronger, more capable product and engineering teams.
- Documentation Management: Maintain structured documentation such as PRDs, workflows, and release notes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
