Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead product strategy, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and experience working in SaaS / EdTech / AI products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, business, and stakeholders to build impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

● Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals

● Create and manage product roadmap and prioritize features

● Identify new product opportunities and enhancements

Requirement Gathering & PRD Writing

● Gather business and user requirements

● Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

● Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows

Agile & Scrum Execution

● Work in Agile/Scrum environment

● Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

● Collaborate with engineering teams for timely delivery

Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Sales teams

● Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders

● Drive product delivery from ideation to launch

Data Analysis & Metrics Tracking

● Define KPIs and success metrics

● Analyze product performance and user behavior

● Use data-driven insights to improve product features

Stakeholder Management

● Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders

● Gather feedback and manage expectations

● Present product vision and outcomes

User-Centric Thinking

● Conduct user research and gather feedback

● Improve user experience and usability

● Advocate for customer needs

Quality & QA Awareness

● Work closely with QA teams to ensure product quality

● Define acceptance criteria and validation requirements

● Support testing and release planning

Technical Understanding

● Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integrations

● Collaborate effectively with technical teams

● Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements

Qualifications

● 5+ years of Product Management experience

● Experience working in Agile environment

● Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle

● Experience working with cross-functional teams

● Experience in SaaS / EdTech / AI products

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication and leadership skills

● Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
