About Alright TV

Alright TV is a micro-drama OTT platform built for immersive, short-form storytelling. We focus on high-

engagement content experiences and frontend plays a central role in how users discover, watch, and stay.

Until now, we've worked with an external agency. We're now building an in-house design team to move faster,

think deeper, and shape a stronger product identity with dynamic interface.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmap aligned with business and growth goals

• Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and content performance

• Identify opportunities to improve retention, discovery, and monetization

• Work closely with engineering, design, and content teams

• Drive feature prioritization and execution

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch

• Operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Technical Requirements:

• 5–7 years of product management experience

• Strong understanding of product metrics (retention, CTR, engagement)

• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, SQL preferred)

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Experience in consumer tech / OTT / content platforms

Must Haves:

• Tier 1 college (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIIT etc.)

• Should be from OTT/Media, Gaming, ex-consultant, or any scaled consumer product company background

• Familiarity with agentic workflows, Claude code/ cursor

• Quick AI led design and prototyping using AI tools

• Excellent analytical sense, familiarity with

• User empathy, ability to interview users, triangulate with data and creative problem solving
