Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Execution:
- Work closely with leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to build and launch impactful product features
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product specifications, PRDs, and workflows
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• User Research & Problem Solving:
- Conduct user research, surveys, and feedback analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities
- Use structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to improve user experience and business outcomes
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and product usage patterns to drive product decisions
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business value
• Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user engagement
- Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights and support product decision-making
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve retention, conversion, and operational efficiency
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities across stakeholders
- Support cross-functional alignment between product, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
• Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or related roles
- Exposure to consumer tech, healthcare, marketplace, or startup ecosystems is preferred
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams on digital products
- Familiarity with agile product development processes is a plus
• Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of product metrics, analytics, and basic statistics
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
- Ability to write detailed product requirements and manage execution timelines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Eagerness to grow into a core product role and eventually lead product areas
• Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA or product certifications are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
