About The Role

  • Translate product vision, roadmap, and goals into product features and planned work.

  • Scope the product solution and define user journey, user stories, and process flows.

  • Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive targeted business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategies

  • Participate and/or lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and oversee the development stages.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development

  • Collaborate closely with global business development teams and other stakeholders and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product.

  • Own relationships with key customers; understand the industry and product-related landscapes, be the voice of the customer and feedback user inputs.

  • Work closely with operations teams to improve efficiency, data quality, and SOP adherence.

  • Ensure products scale across high-volume, vendor-driven, and semi-organised ecosystems.

  • Experience in enterprise solutions and platforms, workflow and SOPs and compliance.

What We Need From You

  • 8+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager years of experience preferably in B2B enterprise platform, or operations-led products.

  • Experience working with complex workflows, compliance requirements, or regulated industries.

  • Understanding of traceability, auditability, or regulatory reporting systems.

  • Bachelor, Master or MBA in technology or business

  • Background in Circular Economy, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Reporting or similar fields

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams & a passion for developing and guiding others

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Effective working in a team environment and independently
