About The Role
- Translate product vision, roadmap, and goals into product features and planned work.
- Scope the product solution and define user journey, user stories, and process flows.
- Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive targeted business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategies
- Participate and/or lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and oversee the development stages.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development
- Collaborate closely with global business development teams and other stakeholders and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product.
- Own relationships with key customers; understand the industry and product-related landscapes, be the voice of the customer and feedback user inputs.
- Work closely with operations teams to improve efficiency, data quality, and SOP adherence.
- Ensure products scale across high-volume, vendor-driven, and semi-organised ecosystems.
- Experience in enterprise solutions and platforms, workflow and SOPs and compliance.
What We Need From You
- 8+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager years of experience preferably in B2B enterprise platform, or operations-led products.
- Experience working with complex workflows, compliance requirements, or regulated industries.
- Understanding of traceability, auditability, or regulatory reporting systems.
- Bachelor, Master or MBA in technology or business
- Background in Circular Economy, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Reporting or similar fields
- Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams & a passion for developing and guiding others
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Effective working in a team environment and independently
