  • Build and enhance risk management capabilities, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, mitigation, and monitoring
  • Translate regulatory and customer requirements into user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive and compliant user experiences
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, customer enablement, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in incident management systems or security operations workflows
  • Proven expertise in compliance and audit processes, including regulatory standards and internal audits
  • Solid understanding of risk management concepts, methodologies, and enterprise risk frameworks
  • Experience building or managing GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) or security-focused products (preferred)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
