what will you do:
work closely with a senior PM to build and scale CRED's India equities and global investing platformown parts of the platform and foundational layers - onboarding flows, KYC/AML, order lifecycle, portfolios, reporting, integrations with brokers/custodianstranslate product vision into clear PRDs, user stories, and execution planspartner deeply with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and operations to ship reliable, compliant productsbreak down ambiguous problem statements into well-scoped problems with measurable outcomestrack product performance using metrics, funnels, and user behaviour insightsidentify platform gaps, tech debt, and scalability issues early - and help prioritise fixessupport go-to-market launches by ensuring platform readiness, edge-case handling, and operational workflows
you should apply if you:
have 1-4 years of experience in product management, consulting, fintech, or a strong adjacent roleare excited by platform, systems, and infrastructure-heavy problems, not just UI polishcan think in flows, states, APIs, and edge cases, and enjoy working closely with engineersare comfortable operating in highly regulated domains (or eager to learn how they work)have strong analytical and structured thinking - you can decompose complex problems clearlycommunicate crisply with both technical and non-technical stakeholderscare deeply about product quality, reliability, and user trustare curious about investing, markets, and wealth management (prior experience is a plus, not a must)thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and low hand-holding
