Job Description

what will you do:

work closely with a senior PM to build and scale CRED's India equities and global investing platform
own parts of the platform and foundational layers - onboarding flows, KYC/AML, order lifecycle, portfolios, reporting, integrations with brokers/custodians
translate product vision into clear PRDs, user stories, and execution plans
partner deeply with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and operations to ship reliable, compliant products
break down ambiguous problem statements into well-scoped problems with measurable outcomes
track product performance using metrics, funnels, and user behaviour insights
identify platform gaps, tech debt, and scalability issues early - and help prioritise fixes
support go-to-market launches by ensuring platform readiness, edge-case handling, and operational workflows

you should apply if you:

have 1-4 years of experience in product management, consulting, fintech, or a strong adjacent role
are excited by platform, systems, and infrastructure-heavy problems, not just UI polish
can think in flows, states, APIs, and edge cases, and enjoy working closely with engineers
are comfortable operating in highly regulated domains (or eager to learn how they work)
have strong analytical and structured thinking - you can decompose complex problems clearly
communicate crisply with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
care deeply about product quality, reliability, and user trust
are curious about investing, markets, and wealth management (prior experience is a plus, not a must)
thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and low hand-holding
