Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will oversee product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the development and rollout of innovative solutions aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Development, Product Management, and managing the product lifecycle
• Strong skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and developing Product Strategy
• Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Team Collaboration skills
• Knowledge of technical domains like Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation (preferred)
• Ability to work proactively, analyze business trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the technology sector (preferred)
