Product Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with 24 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of our core product platform. The role involves working across product strategy, execution, user research, and introducing AI-driven capabilities where relevant.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build features that improve customer experience, enhance platform reliability, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Identify User Problems, Prioritise Opportunities, And Define Clear Requirements.

• Product Planning & Roadmap
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and feature roadmap.
  
  

Define data needs and help shape AI-powered features within the product.

• 2. Requirement Gathering & PRD Ownership
• Convert user needs into detailed PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Break down complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Execution & Delivery
• Work closely with engineering during development cycles.
• Manage sprint planning, feature testing, QA, and release rollout.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth cross-team communication.
• 4. User Research & Feedback Loops
• Interact with users, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand pain points.
• Use prototypes, mocks, and hypothesis testing to validate ideas quickly.
• Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions
• Analyse product usage, metrics, and user behaviour to identify areas of improvement.
• Define and monitor KPIs for new and existing features.
• AI-Driven Enhancements (General Expectation)
• Work with AI/ML teams to explore opportunities for automation, insights, and intelligent workflows.

• Required Skills
  
  

Core Product Skills

• 24 years of experience in product management (preferably in SaaS).
• Strong ability to write PRDs, document requirements, and manage cross-functional execution.
• Good understanding of usability, customer journeys, and product design fundamentals.
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar.
  
  

Analytical & Technical Skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
  
  

Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or working with engineering teams.

AI Skills

• Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and prompt design is a plus.
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI can assist, automate, or improve workflows.
• Experience working with AI-driven insights, chat interfaces, or automation flows (preferred, not mandatory).
