Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading 0-to-1 product initiatives, including rapid prototyping, customer validation, and managing the transition from incubation to scaled product.
- Experience engaging with customers or partners at an executive level to drive strategic business and technical collaborations.
- Experience working with engineering teams to define technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with teams across functions and geographies.
- Experience in AI/ML projects or initiatives.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product strategy and roadmap of our data-centric foundations. You will guide engineering, operations, and UX functions to build systems that unify fragmented data into a single source of truth. This role is entrepreneurial and strategically important, as you will influence the essential data structures required to represent the complex life cycle of a Googler's journey.

- Define and execute a product goal and roadmap that transforms legacy architectures into scalable, AI-ready frameworks to drive business outcomes.
- Conduct continuous user research and deep discovery to validate the four big risks: value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
- Articulate and translate the business value of a connected data ecosystem into tangible outcomes, such as reduced costs and improved digital experiences.
- Align cross-functional leaders and global partners to ensure data products meet the requirements of multiple product areas.
- Design unified data models and AI-first strategies that maintain strict adherence to privacy boundaries and secure governance.
