You will act as the voice of the customer, guide product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development efforts.
- Monitor goals, identify and scope implementation paths for enhancements, and create remediation plans as needed.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on product strategy, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance).
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience in payments product management
- Experience in online payments including card tokenization, digital wallets, and e-commerce payments
- Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
