Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap to meet the evolving needs of car owners. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
Customer-Centric Development: Work closely with the customer insights and design teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. Ensure a delightful user experience across all product offerings
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, manage timelines, and drive successful product launches
Execution & Delivery: Oversee the development and delivery of product features. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Set clear KPIs for product success and track progress regularly
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential opportunities for Park+ to expand its product suit
Go-to-Market Support: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new product launch
Qualifications :
3-6 years of experience in product management, ideally within a technology-driven, consumer-focused company
Bachelor's degree in engineering. (mandatory)
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (from ideation to post-launch), especially in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Previous experience working in automotive tech, fintech, lending, insurance, B2C business, and mobile apps is highly desirable.
