Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our TV Platforms Product team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on third-party integrations, customer experience enhancements, and long-term product vision. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, and key external partners to identify opportunities, define roadmap priorities, and deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and engagement across our TV platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for TV platform integrations, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners. Understand their platforms, capabilities, and limitations to identify integration opportunities that drive mutual value.
- Integration Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define comprehensive integration plans. Align on shared goals, success metrics, and deliverables.
- Backlog & Requirements Ownership: Translate product vision and partner needs into a clear, prioritized backlog. Write epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Agile Product Development: Work closely with development teams in Agile sprints, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment on the definition of done.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, engineering, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of features and integrations.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions. Ensure features deliver real value and meet customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integrations and platform features. Use data to guide iterative improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the voice of the product to internal and external stakeholders. Deliver product demos, training, and updates as needed.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity. Use insights to refine product vision and maintain competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in digital platforms, media, or TV/OTT environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with third-party vendors or technology partners on product integrations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to make data-informed decisions and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Passion for creating engaging, intuitive user experiences in collaboration with UX/UI teams.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Background in media, streaming, or connected TV platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and integration architecture.
- Exposure to international markets and multilingual product delivery.
